Liz’s food is as good as it gets with 99% of it prepared from fresh ingredients on the premises. Her cooking is of traditional style such as vegetables baked not fried, salads with imagination and all meals prepared to taste, not just a recipe. If you can find better cakes the chances are that you have traveled a long way and paid a lot more money.
We use Vittoria dark roasted coffee because we have used it for several years and find it the most consistent and acceptable on the market. We stock a wide variety of teas including green teas and herbal infusions
